How
do I get access to my units?
You lock your unit with your own padlock and keep the keys. Storage
RSA will not safeguard your keys and therefore has no access to
your units. You can decide who has access to your unit and can
specify the names to Storage RSA. Our security guards will only
give access to the people authorised by yourself.
What
times do I have acces to my units?
Access will be during normal business hours, but arrangements
may be made to gain access outside these hours.
Does
the contract include insurance?
If you have household insurance, you can notify your insurance
company that you are storing your belongings with Storage RSA.
Your insurance company will amend your policy accordingly. Some
insurance companies request information regarding our security
measurements. We will gladly provide this information should it
be required, but Storage RSA’s contract does not include
insurance.
For
what term do I have to sign the contract for?
Units can be rented for a minimum of a month. Your rental period
can be for as long as you require and even extend for an indefinite
period.
Do
I have to rent on a calendar month basis?
No, if you move in, for example in the middle of the month, we
will only charge you proportionally and thereafter on a monthly
basis.
Do
I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. You have to pay upfront for the first
rental period. If you move in before the 15th of a month, the
first rental period is considered to be the first proportional
month. If you move in after the 15th of a month the first rental
period is calculated as the proportional part of the first month
together with the full rental for the next full month.
Do
I have to move my own goods?
Yes, we can however refer you to a number of reliable removal
companies who are familiar with our operation. The removal contractors
will be keen to give you a quote for your move and are normally
also very capable of advising you on the size of storage unit
you will need.
Do
you have special rates for long term customers?
Should you pay upfront for periods in excess of 12 months, we
offer a discounted rate.

cheques or branch deposits.
