DPM plastic sheets of 250 micron are placed underneath storage units and special techniques are used to prevent water from seeping through foundation walls. |

Cavity walls ensure that heavy rain water entering the building from outside runs down through the cavity and cannot filter through the inner wall into the unit.

Vents installed in all units, roofs and in passageways ensure that the building has sufficient ventilation to prevent damp. |
Each facility follows a stringent pest control program. Each unit is fitted with rat bait before a client moves in and passages are sprayed with pesticides and insecticides on a weekly basis.
